Re: Chargebacks for Bad Equipment?

Yup, a growing trend. Satellite started it. Chargebacks are a BS answer. Back in the day, like 80 years ago (I think it was during the last great depression), you could charge the customer for a service call............or at least get paid for it.
I heard that there is a split decision of Flogging the tech, or taking it out on your relatives is the next trend.
