So the MSO in San Diego is responsible for the internet traffic between Chicago and New York when that segment is the choke point??
IMO ...NO.. They are not. San Diego MSO's are only responsible for the segments that they control up to the point where they jump off to the internet cloud.
Another question then: Sub has 12meg service but is complaining that his laptop speed is only 4meg going through his own 802.11b router ....THAT is for the MSO to correct?
