Yea, well the only way to get better wages is for everyone to stick together, and company owners know that will never happen. Most individuals are too self-centered and selfish to worry about the other guy. That's why this country and the wages are so bad right now. People don't stick together. I'll bet that if every inhouse employee and contractor said enough is enough and shut it down for a couple of days. That would get the owners attention.
Everybody want to try. We can pick a date and try. But, you will have the cowards that will not join in for fear that they may loose that low paying job.
