Chris..best answer here..you bill for strand footage + storage loops, we use to get 150.00 per storage loop..and sometimes 150.00 for set-up's, any company that lets you bill for cable footage is---------you fill in the blanks...and if you are required to use a graph read out pulling machine, the price goes up...all UG is billed at trench footage..
