The main reason we at DTV are always looking for techs is its hard to find any that will do quality work, my company pays great and we don't give any charge backs that aren't deserved but we still get crap work out of 50% of the people we hire, i don't get it, been in this business for 24 years and yea the pay was better in the begining than it is now. but where else can you go and make 1500-2000 a week if you bust your A** and do quality work. Most of these guys today want to scam customers, do 2 crap jobs a day and blame you when they only make 500 a week,  btu failed to ground any job wire laying on the ground not attached to the house, runnign across the living room floor, they just don't care, I JUST DON"T GET IT.
