Again I have to agree with the poster. Most of these Companies are run by nothing short of uneducated tradesmen. Greed is the only factor and they believe they are untouchable. Men like you that have put in good years should be respected and utilized to keep the money machine going. But your boss is just too stupid. But maybe his day is coming. No one is untouchable. Dish Network recently hired a new company, UPDish to be the RSP for the TN and SC area. They gave that company the right to choose who the sub contracting companies would be. UpDish eliminated all but two. RockinR, Custom, and Sanders Electronics were kicked out. Now Custom is one of the largest and I hear that Richmond is next for them from dish. Your boss may get his due.... who ever knows......
