There are many more companies and smaller MSO's that are the same way. It seems that all the managers used to be used car salesman. They will tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you to work for them. Then they get mad when you call them down on their lies and tell them to stick it. I have been in the trade for over twenty years and I have never seen it this bad. I worked for a small systems owner that was a multi-millionaire, yet he bitched every time I told him I needed supplies for line maintenance or connectors for my installers. I am almost ready to say, that's it for me. I'm getting too old for the game anymore.
