You said it all right there JD. There are 3 things that 98% of major cities have in common, They account for 90% (guessing on that number) of the welfare rolls, the cities are all falling apart at the seems, and they have been controlled by bleeding heart libs who bring home money from Washington to support those who "just couldn't survive any other way".     In my opinion these pols have brain washed a huge percentage of people into thinking that way. It's just sad. And equally as sad is that anybody of my opinion or similar is a hate monger that just want to see the poor people starve in the streets so we can keep all our money.
