The answer is: Every trade that touched the property before the event.
This is my next door neighbor's house, took a direct hit to the south end of the roof 6/28 about 8:30pm. The insurance inspectors and the fire Marshal both spent about a day each going over the scene. The satellite is on the north end that didn't burn, guess what, it wasn't grounded and they are looking for the installation company, the house also only had one ground rod, guess what they are trying to find out who the builder used.
EDIT: Forgot to mention the electrician missed "BONDING" the Galvy water pipe coming from the well.
