How Many cities you know have 4 to 6 killings a every 24 hrs....?  Story Teller My Ass!!!!!!!  What other city do you diel 911 and the Op. Says Unless someone is hurt or a gun or knife crime we are to busy to roll a car out to you! And HANG UP!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me that is not true and I will post 911 calls min's on here..... Why is it that they do not have or can't get cops to work there? Oh yes the crime rate and the Police Cheaf is a peace of shit to work for! Tell me that the people there are not RUDE and just out right peaces of crap!!! Tell me that the crime rate there is not the 3rd Highest in the country!!!! Tell me that is with a city that is not even half full..... So by Pop. they are the 3rd in the country and if you do the math if they had everyone back there and the city was full!!!!!!!!! IT WOULD BE THE HIGHEST CRIME RATE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!!!!! As far as the food goes you are crazy the food in my Op. sucks I have had better food in a 3rd world countries!!!!!!!!!!!
