As usual the reply you have just seen are not of any truth these people will tell stories all day long . as they have never been there or are just ablibbing . they are extremist and know not what they say .
I worked New orleans for 18 monthes and had very little trouble from the public had more trouble with cops who were boys of a diffrent place and I mean boy's . cops are taught to take control of any conflict and they showed more studity then anywhere i have ever worked . so new orelans great place . story tellers are just that story tellers'
