If I found that I had techs working for me that did not know how to ground properly, they would be fired immediately. I don't consider grounding a technical problem. Common sense and a little guidance from the NEC should be sufficient. This maybe the military in me but I don't like going over old ground. I am not picking on installers, however I don't see how installation is technical in nature. I run an office that installs data networks and telephone systems, and there is very little technical know how required.
