 As this is so true, the product is better, but the result in working people is compromise .by the greed of the contractor and sub . Dish and Direct alike . problem or not this also runs in cable and cable takes it a step backward by cheating both installer and customer. here in FWB satellite is going crazy everyday I see another dish going up and cox being told to leave  cable hijacked its customers and now you can get dsl as good if not better then cable and have the best of both and ditch cable .
