I have already pont blank asked my primary care doctor. She doesn't like it. She has to severely limit her medicare/medicaid patients because the reimbursement rates are about 20 % less than standard insurance. So I laugh when the administration says because the gov't is involved costs will go down. Costs may go down, but that does not necessarily mean quality and availability of care won't suffer because of it.
