We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
This is the tenth amendment of the U.S. Constitution specifically the Bill of Rights, to be guaranteed to the people not the fed!
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
You can go to the heritage foundation website and they will send you a free pocket copy of it in its entirety. This document regardless of what anyone thinks is the foundation of our society and over rules everything else. Any law or regulation or bullshit legislative control outside the scope of this document is just that, bullshit! How much simpler can it get.
