This was debunked minutes after Beck aired it. http://www.snopes.com/computer/internet/clunkers.asp Nutso was in the DEALER area which is another site not even on cars.gov. He had to use a registered dealer's login and password to even get there. The wording of the agreement was extreme because it was intended for DEALERS submitting transactions involving hundreds of thousands of dollars of government money. Another case of the crazies believing what they want to.
