I'm not whining. I don't whine period.
Bottom line is you can't have your cake and eat it too. If your a company that must be entirely employee based because the mso mandates such then step up to the effin plate and be a company rather than some fly by night arse weasel that's looking to have his employees/contractors fund your start up because you simply do not have to resources to be a real employee based company.
Any company that wants me to be an employee but asks me to provide my own workmans comp and GL insurance would make me wonder "why aren't they able to get their own" ?????
Any company that won't spend $20 a month and at least have a corporate email address rather than using yahoo or gmail because it's free simply tells me that this person or entity has yet to take certain responsible steps as a business owner to establish themselves properly but simply lurk in the shadows as a poser.
