Swap out your D11's for D'12s. Plug in the power converter last and force you download on HR23 sometimes 2 if it wont pass. Reset D-12s then they will recognize SWM. If the RG-6 total length from receiver to dish is under 100 foot put a 8way power pass split behind receiver. If the rest of the install is correct should have no issues. Love the SWM's most of the time but if not perfect they can turn into I time consuming nightmare...
