SWM Issues

Is anyone else having issues with the SWM setup. I have two installs with the same issue. HR23 will not recognize tuner two. Then when it finally does when I plug in additional recievers it goes into searching for satellite. One install is a HR23 with 4 D11's the other is a HR23 with a R22. The only thing I can figure out that they have in common is that they are both running off of Winngard LnB's I have tried several LNB's. Thanks for any help.
