I have 2 hddvr's a swm 3 lnb and all copper clad lines to the receivers and have had NO problems. If your system requires it, use solid copper. Personally, i think its a big waste of money, but Perfect 10 (Perfect vision cable) loves it. They are making a killing!!!!!!!!!
