It is true Ty, even illegals that come here and have their children cannot say their children are US citizens because the law is that the parents must be US citizens first. That means they have to go to the classes and take the test and the oath to be a citizen. Then their children that are born here are citizens. It is the liberals who are skipping this law as far as illegals' children are concerned, and say the children are US citizens. They aren't. But Obama's mother was a citizen so I don't know that both have to be and don't remember if she was still married to the original father when he was born. Until something else comes up (like the passport) I will go with the ruling for now that he is a citizen.
