Personally I could care less if "big brother" wants to put a gps in my cell phone. I don't do anything wrong and if they want to track me or listen in to my conversations then whatever. They will be some bored S.O.B's. I understand the "slippery slope" & "invasion of privacy" argument and all that but hey...that gps in my cell phone may save someone in my families life or my life someday. If the gps in a cell phone was used to save lives and not harass innocent people then I have no problems with it. I know that's a big "IF".
