Well as for South Carolina i have never had a Problem here since i moved here 4 years ago. I live in columbia and i love it. I live in a area where the people are friendly and it is great. I have gotten 3 speeding Tickets since i have been here and even the cops that have given me the tickets have been nice. Once i was a Ass with one of them and i apologized when i met him again in court and guess what he drop the ticket, Gates is not with out fault but the cop could have done a better job.
