I worked for a company that did this and out of 30 techs only 1/3 of them ever got what they called "bonus". It was more like a "bone us"
Each job was worth X amount of points. The bonus was set up to where if you achieved Y amount of points then each point after that would be worth Z amount of dollars. It's just a way to get more work out of you and pay you less. Good luck with it. Unless you are a skilled installer that can hammer out the work at a high level and high volume they you will basically work for minimum wage. Don't let them make you sign your time sheet saying you only work 40 hours when you really worked 55 hours.
