Been working for Dish for a while at the Durant depot and just curious if anyone has been given any specifics about the new point system pay scale they plan to enact. From what I understand, they will drop the pay down to minimum wage but pay you so many dollars per point depending on your level and stats. Anyone else know anything about this?
