When I was a welder in the oil field in Texas we use to catch the widow and roast it at lunch..sprinkle the roasted widow over a rare steak cooked on the back of the truck on our oil pipe barbeQ pit..kinda gives it an earthy taste..thought about botteling her ass and selling it for cook outs...damn good stuff, once you learn how to spit out the legs..kinda spinney...
