   you can probably have it expunged.you don't even need a lawyer.go to your county court clerk and they will help you.  you will go before a judge and if you haven't been in trouble since the offense he can order it taken off your record. it will cost you about a hundred dollars for court costs and will be removed in 60 days or less. hope this helps
