Why?

Have been a sub for a prime for awhile now, their insurance requires that you have a $2,000,000 general aggregate policy, ok, I'm fine with that. Since it's been a little slow lately, I went to the other prime in town. Same town, same cable company, same type of work, But, they require that I have $5,000,000. general aggregate policy. WHY????????
