I hear you salesdawg......to a degree, anyone can do what we do....whether its cable or sat....but you have to be a people person to do this.  You have to have patience with those cx's that require extensive customer education.....you have to deal with the follow up courtesy calls....you deal with the attic installs and underhouse connects.....sometimes this job can challenge you....as any job will.  The right attitude and professional approach is all it takes.  Like I said before....most of my work is so easy it's not funny and I get paid for it.....so you gotta take the bad with the good.  Take it easy, y'all.
