I am a little confused as for the thanks but I understand the majority of your point. I also know the prime you are referring to. Yes there is a fine line and if dug into deep enough it can create more control/turmoil. For some it will most certainly help by not getting screwed by questionable contractors. That said, I personally prefer less scrutiny and regulation because my experience and work ethic has allowed me to position myself to make excellent money with little or no scrutiny. I have read enough here to realize that the screws to likely good or well intentioned peeps are becoming more and more frequent. I lost my ass one time in kansas city to a junky 1300 miles from home and it, among other things ruined my marriage and I lost my home. 25k To a little guy is devastating. I dont keep all my eggs in one basket anymore. When someone asks me what I do, I ask them what do you need done...
