$84.00 service call charge backs with CCdish/Conne

We were told today that we are now going to be charged $84 for a chargeback on all service calls within 90 days, what kinda bull is this. Is this legal? we only get paid $30 on a reg srvc call? Who else has this and how can it be defeated? Doesn't the HSP get $60 per service call from DTV? We were also threatend that if we try to leave the company our FOM would blackball us for 90 days with DTV.  Our paychecks are being held for 60 days if we quit and when I didn't sign the addendum they told me thats ok that I didn't because all they had to do was let me know that was new policy, is this legal. Are service in 90 legal and how can they take money from us when its there equipment that went bad, not an install reason? if anybody nows or is currently involved in a cival suite against these companies on this issue please let me know what I need to do to protect my rights!!!!
