 its a matter of interputation, as the landlord for the home in question, after looking up the otard. agreed that the property was able to have the satellite dish.and allowed it. took three installers and one supper to get this job done . the job should have been done the first time around . and as the three days of trying after I told the people who were doing everything in there power to stop it . that I woulld just run a dual line off my dish and install for him with two of my recievers . three other people came out of there homes and wanted satellite now so land lord and hoa were now compromised and satellite got done .
