Since I didn't read his post I can only think he didn't get the message. The message is they have lowered the rate.....how how will they lower it? What will be acceptable? And what about people that have a business that makes just that amount? It is ok that he doesn't see or doesn't want to. I do and that is enough for me. If I get your post right he said I "cut and pasted" well he did the same thing not too long ago and has done it before that. Also it looks like he doesn't read minds any better than he use to by saying I am trying to cause trouble. That is so far from the truth....I am trying to raise awareness.....BIG difference.
