Thats just a bunch of corporate b.s. and further shows what a bunch of pansy asses the "system" are making this industry into. Suits telling men how to climb, a technique that has long been perfected, but people educated beyond there own intelligence try to make things safer. Tell em, you climb your way and I'll climb my way and leave us the hell alone.
