Yes but he's an installer and there is no way anybody should be in a customers home at those hours. Unless your a hack and a noob and you don't know any better and the company you work for has pathetic coverage.
It's one thing activating plant plant at 3 a.m. ...banging rokers into somebodies bedroom baseboard at that hour is absurd.
