Thats true. But it wouldnt be bad if a company paid you a little more since you have been with them for a bunch of years. If your loyal to one company, I think you should be compensated a little more than someone who just started working for that company. But you are right. Piece rate is piece rate and it pays those who get it done quicker as long as quality is still there.
