Thats why they don't like to hire contractors with the experience under their belt that is needed to do this job, they say you are too qualified or want you to cut your hair. But the real reason is that we know what the job is worth and the MSO don't want us letting their employees know... God forbid we show their PM up and they see we know more than him.
