Yea, and these new pups are fuckin' the pay scale up too. See the latest ad on the board. 1-2 years experience, yet they want the hiree to basically take care of the entire system.... wtf. And probably for 15 an hour. Seems these small mso's are looking for a tech that will do everything from installs to sweep. No wonder they can't keep anyone. Hell, 12 an hour for installs, 18 for maintenence, 28 for construction, 32 for sweep tech, let's see, that's about 90 bucks an hour. That's about right. So, they get an all-around for 15. No fuckin' wonder they make money. And no fuckin' wonder they are always lookin' for help. And when you go in there, first thing you have to do is fix the fuck ups from that person they had before who had 1-2 years experience. WTF
