I agree with walkman. These companies  exist because we allow them to.........period. I have made every company that has cheated me a living hell. I collected almost all my money and the others are still feeling the pain. You should sue them, lien houses, post on the internet, and educate the naive installer. Sooner or later DTV and Dish will wake up and smell the coffee...........or.........the crap.
