So everyone keeps mentioning the job quality here. Ok if i do shitty work then hit me on it. If i do good work and something goes wrong with my install ok hit me on that too i guess. But what the heck about the equipment that we are given. Why do i have to be responsible for a bad lnb, a bad refurb, multiswitch, or even a brand new receiver that fails. They call it a one off. Bullshizzle. Or how about the old man who was sold the system and his wife who wasnt present at the time of install changes the tv input. Why is that my problem. I spent my 30 minutes plus teaching this guy how to use his system. The chargeback deal is a shitty one. Directv holds no accountability for there issues. Why would they when they can just charge the techs back. If we could fix those simple issues there the chargebacks would subside imensely and this business wouldnt be in the crapper like it is now.
