If I was splicing I would leave the location and go to the next yard and do my work .. and make sure when I knocked on the homeowners door I would tell them that they would not have cable because the Cu** next door would not allow us access to the pole.. and so on and so on each neighbor on the block and make sure you tell them who they are..address.. her phone will be melting off the wall.. her ass will be running down the street telling you to come back..
Done it before .. works every time.. all the neighbors standing out front of their houses with the sound of static coming from their tv's all glaring at that cu*** house
Trust me it works..
