glad to see both sides pointed out,, but ctek,, using your home depo remark,,, say you build a deck and the husband runs into the leg with his truck and cracks the post,, didn't seem to really hurt it,, few days later several  people on the deck and blam ,, post breaks, deck falls, people injured ,, LAWSUIT against builder ,,,,,,  this kind of bs charge backs is what everyone complaining about,,,    dog gets under house and chews on cable---charge back,,   customers hits pole mount with lawn mower, bends pole---charge back,, limb breaks hanging over top of house and slides down roof to the dish---charge back,,,, and being really tickey ,, a qc turns in a charge back cause he wont look under house where switch is---charge back,,,,,,, no drip loop on a horizonal line running into switch---charge back,,,,,,, i'm going against grain, but a drip loop is useless on a horizonal line for water protection,,,, these kind of charge backs is whats running the good techs out of the business,,,, but i do understan your problem 100%,, but the fix is not preaching to the techs, is to start the fix from the top and work its way down,,, please if you can figure out how to do that let us all know
