Go to the court house and file a mechanics lein on the customers house. Then send certified letters to the retailer, customer,  and DTV. I have done it serval times on one retailer did 15 jobs in the 10 day hold period. It cost $35.00 per lein here in Arkansas. Add the fee and max intrest you can charge in your state, and some one will pay you. If they dont then at least you will end up with some cheap homes and land.
