The whole thing is so unbelievable...it is hilarious...But the quote above is what really throws me...How the fuck can the contractor be held responsible for a non responding receiver??? It seems to me that the contractor should be the one charging back DirecTV since the contractor only accepts the receiver and does not pay for the receiver like other materials like cable fittings etc...
I believe this thread is a joke thread as NOONE could be expected to abide by these clauses when there is no justification for any of it...Especially the 90 days to final check...Can't get too much more illegal than that...The Dept. of Labor would have a field day with this guy...
