In great part I have to agree with Bill J, stop sending money overseas when the need is greater here; get rid of the pukes in power. Stop giving tax breaks to the non-citizens; charge them double; if they have the resources to relocate here and start/purchase businesses, they can afford to pay taxes. In most cases they aren't hiring third and fourth generation citizens to work in their establishments. Then after two years they pass it on to a cousin and move to another business to avoid taxes. Stop paying to fight someone else's war if we aren't going to benefit here. Tax the crap out of any company that ships any labor intensve jobs overseas. For anyone other than a para- or quadrapalegic(sic) or senoir citizen (70+) there should be an 18 month max. benefit limit. NO SSI if for someone who has not worked to earn it; and you only get out of it what you put into it. Go back to the days of the chain gangs, truely pay back your debt to society.
