California is now broke as before but now it is much worse.
As I drive around town in San Diego I see State Parks begining to turn to Sh!t because California has cut staff and cannot afford the up keep.
I see more & more prostitution and I see many more homeless than 2 years ago.
The White House has turned its back on California because they are afraid if they help 1 state then they will have many more states with its hand out.
What Next?
