There's a great deal of truth and a good idea in your post.  If we can all come together that would be excellent.  I'm already broke beyond imagination, so a few days of not doing any install won't hurt my pockets.  But you are correct Collective Bargaining is a step in the right direction.  Most of have the same gripe "dropping wages," unfair "chargeback," and improperly traineed newbies.  I'll do what I can to get the word out.
