it does not matter what my meter says they go by what they see the modem showing i can test with my meter all i want and it dont matter because your right my meter says one thing and they tell me another it is not about not knowing what to do time warner just likes to be a pain in the a$$ same thing with boxes ... by the way that would make you a shit head
