Looking for some insight here if anyone has run into this before, on the TM602 Arris voice modems. The modem will go into voice line total failure, voice line status change-line 1 prev state is-line new state oos, voice line total cleared, voice line status change- line 1 prev state oos- line new state IS.
this all happens within 1-2 seconds, no interuption apparent to customer. started seeing these alarms 2 weeks ago and cannot figure out what is causing them.
