You are correct ,sir. I have seen this same guy do the same thing. Right after Obama was elected Serrano tried this again. Although I did take it a little more seriously in light of the current number of Dems in congress.
 don't think anyone would want a no term limit president as they have to keep their puppet in place and if he gets too much power they won't be able to run their districts anymore. I am a firm believer that our congress needs term limits. Then the ones who actually go there for there state less of a chance of being corrupted by lobbyists. Also forgetting why they were sent to Washington wouldn't be so easy with the "politics" of that place.
